For auction. This vintage cupboard. The primitive cupboard was probably used as a medicine chest at one time. The piece is made of wood. It has mirrored front and interior shelves. The cupboard has the original pink(quite chippy) paint on the front door and portions of the side. The mirror is relatively clear. But there is one place where the silvering has been scratched(shown in my last photo) It stands 17 14" tall. It measures 13 1/2" across the front and 5 1/4" deep. Custom made shaker style corner cabinet. Was one of 2 made approx. 10 years ago. Was designed to fit approx. 27" CRT style TV. Its twin sold for more than $4000. It has become a game cabinet. There is one adjustable shelf in the upper section. 2 more in the lower. The shelves in the lower section are finished identically to the upper, so they can be moved up by adding shelf pins in the upper section to utilize the space more effectively, then new shelves can be made for the lower section, this will avoid having to match the finish as identically as you might otherwise have to. The bottom doors are on leaf hinges and held closed with a magnetic catch. The cabinet is made from ALL SOLID WOOD. The back boards are tongue and groove, the flat door panel is a back raised panel of solid wood. The face frame is finished with a barn red milk ... morepaint then glazed, the interior was stained with the same glaze. The top coat is a satin lacquer over both the stain and the glaze. Stored for several years. Then used gently for several more in our house as the game cabinet. Everything is in excellent condition and is being sold as is.

Offered here is an antique. Hand crafted, medicine cabinet with a mirror and drawer. This is the nicest, primitive, 19c medicine cabinet/cupboard I have seen. The attention to detail is exceptional. The very top of the cabinet has turned wood finials connected with a bar to create another shelf option. The crown molding has hand carved, Greek Revival accents. The mirrored cabinet door has brass butterfly hinges and a ball latch. There is a spacious drawer below that is 4 1/2" x 13 3/4" The paint is naturally chippy and crackled. It has not been altered or'distressed' and is as found. The hardware appears to be all original. The mirror has been replaced, likely sometime in the last 40 years. It's a beautiful cabinet in excellent condition for being well over 100 years old. The cabinet measures 30" tall including ... morethe finials. The body of the piece is 6" deep, 7" when you include the molding. It is 17" wide and 18 1.2" wide when you include the trim. The cabinet weighs around 22 pounds, without the packaging. Up for auction to U.S. customers only is an old chest with very old. Original green paint. It has a brass handle and what looks like a copper lock but the top lock mechanism is missing; I'm not sure the key is original because it only partially works the lower locking mechanism. It measures approximately 33 x 8 x 8 inches. The woodworking details are very nice and could date back to the 1800s. There are ledges on the inside that may have held a separate drawer. I can't figure out what it was used for- maybe a tool box, or a tackle box, or a seaman's chest or a very large document box. If anyone out there can shed any light on the chest, let me know. This one is extremely rare with the original paint. light blue with darker blue pin stripes and knobs. It measures about 30" wide, 14" deep, and 28" tall. There are two side compartments that extend all the way down with hinged tops that flip open. The side compartments have a curved profile built up by seven sides. In the middle are small, medium, and large storage drawers, with one built in sliding tray for small items(the tray with one piece missing and a slight bend) The large drawer is labeled: Reversible Table Corporation, Carthage, New York, Martha Washington 105(style and model) I got it from an antique store about 50 years ... moreago and it is in the same condition now as when I got it, with normal wear here and there but overall quite nice for it’s age. This is a late 19th to early 20th C hanging corner cabinet. Handmade from black walnut. Now with old dry white paint. Convex curved board and baton style door. The cabinet measures 20.25" high, 17.25" wide, 10" depth at door center, and each side projects 12.25" There is one shelf. I inset five brass screws to strengthen the cabinet(3 in back, 1 under the bottom, and 1 under the top) and the cabinet functions well. The key is missing and the door is held by an old turn button. There are losses to the top and bottom trim. Additionally, the cabinet had been used in a stable for a very long time and there is appropriate wear to to the wood and surfaces. We carefully cleaned the cabinet to preserve the patina, but more cleaning can be done. Please see the pictures. Here we have a very nice early wooden medicine cabinet. This measures about 15 1/2" wide x about 21 1/4" tall and about 5 3/4" deep. The door measures about 14" wide x about 16" tall. This would be way cool to just clean up and use like it is or refinish it. There is a piece of cardboard to hold the mirror in. But that would be easy to put a piece of 1/4" plywood instead. This old cabinet is solid and strong– how much touch up work you put into will be determined by what level of shabby chic you like the most. I have not scraped or scrubbed this cabinet– a simple wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt and a few paint flakes. The original back panel on this piece is no longer attached. Although the nails that held it in place are still there(there could be a few missing nails) The outside measurements ... moreof the medicine cabinet are the following: the cabinet stands 32” tall from top to bottom, is 17 ½” wide from side to side, and 4 ½” deep from front to back. The door panel is 20” tall and 13” wide and the beveled mirror insert is 9 1/2” wide x 14 ½” tall. The latch on the door works perfectly and is secure. There are pre-drilled holes on each side panel for mounting brackets for shelves– there are no shelves included with this cabinet. But your local glass provider can easily cut them to size for you– the inside dimensions are 19 ½” tall x 12” wide. There is a cubby hole or open space at the bottom that is 6 ½” tall and 13 ¼” wide. Most of the paint loss is at the bottom and the wood is bare. I love the detail work on the joints that are at the corners on the front of the cabinet– they fit together like a fine puzzle. On the inside bottom shelf. There is a discolored area which needs some cleaning– there was an old empty paper package from razors stuck there which I removed and wiped down.

Vintage Antique Large Wooden Medicine Cabinet Wavy Glass Mirror Chippy Paint
Here is an old vintage. And large, wood mirrored medicine cabinet. Cabinet face measures 24" wide x 28 1/2" high by 5" deep and weighs right around 20 lbs. Mirror is old, looking at it from the side at certain angles you can notice the wavy design in the mirror. Cabinet has 4 shelves, could be adjustable but the shelves are currently'painted in' and would not move easily. There are slots for 6 shelves. Very chippy paint, both inside and outside. Nice lock on it, but door is definitely'sticky' Wood trim right around the mirror has a nice beveled design to it. Very minor damage to 3 of the 4 corners as shown in the last picture, the very ouside of the trim has small pieces missing. I can send any additional photos that you request.
