2011 Ltech Adhesive Melter Really Big 6 Pumps 18 Supply Lines Way Cool Nordson
What a cool find. I have sold alot of melters. Never had one this big or as new before. It comes with just about everthing you will need to set it up. There are two sections with three piston pumps and three melting chambers each. It all works together. One unit has the Allen Bradly CPU for both units. Ltech system type KP-56/3 The manual says it works with any of todays melts. Built in Germany 2011. It runs on 400 volt 60HZ 3 Phase. Comes with a 480 to. 400 volt Y transformer to run the whole thing. Also has the switch gear and fuse box. You are also getting the heated hoses. Control cables for each hose that go from the machine to whatever type of applicator you are using. and some type of manifold. Althhough the manifold was designed for something specific you probably wouldn't use it, but it sure looks expensive. When I picked up ... morethe machine the Allen Bradly panelview was missing. So I picked up a new 700 series series to replace it. You will have to reprogram the system it to meet your application. Something I know nothing about. I'm assuming if your looking at this you probably know more about it than I do. I do have the manuals with specs that I can email to you. The second unit. Melters 4, 5, and 6 have never been used. The last picture is of the melting chamber. I can't even guess what this system cost. I got a great deal on this so you do to. I didn't count the hoses or cables when I put them in the crates I built for them. Assume your going to spend some money setting this up. But for the price I'm selling it for you can live with it. Nice looking setup. This stuff is usually all covered in glue and look like heck. I think its had little use from the look of it. The KB10 can run two hoses. And so can the controller and driver. Its currently set up with one. The spray head has two outputs about a inch and a half apart. The pattern controller is Slautterback model ET4-T Nordson built the electric gun driver. It also has a isolation transformer. 220 volt single phase in and out. Everything is mounted on a nice cart. The boxes are mounted facing inside. I guess to protect them. I ran the pump everything functions properly. I didn't have any way to trigger the system so I ran a bypass wire to run it manually. I have the manuals and wiring scematic that shows how to do this.
