Some missing on back and sides(see photos) Measures about 10x 16x 4 inches There is an iron ball on a wire that is inside of the cylinder. Which contains oil. The oil will be clean out the best we can before shipping. Our best guess is this was a viscosity test for oil. Condition is good. The paint is chipping and flaked. And the dial has hairline cracks.
