EARLY 9ct GOLD PROPELLING PENCIL SEAL END VICTORIAN ANTIQUE MECHANICAL
This fantastic quality Victorian propelling pencil measures 90mm(3.5' closed x 115mm(4.5' extended and weighs 13 grams. It has an ornate hardstone seal end which unscrews to reveal storage for spare leads and is unmarked and dates to around the 1830's. It is in good condition with a few minor bruises in the barrel which I have tried to capture in photo 4 and the slide mechanism and the propelling pencil mechanism both work very well. A fine example of a tested 9ct mid Victorian gold pencil. This is one of several pencils I am selling this week and I will always combine postage free of charge for the second pencil. For sale is a barely used impeller. Housing, and mechanical seal from a Dayton pump with model number 2ZWP2. It was a 3 phase pump but it may also fit on the single phase pump(2ZWP1) which likely uses the same pump parts. If you would like to take some measurements on your pump we would be happy to verify. The pump was disassembled because the other half of outer cast iron housing was cracked. There was nothing wrong with the pump other than the crack. If you have any questions please let us know.

VICTORIAN SPIRAL ACANTHUS SILVER MECHANICAL PROPELLING PENCIL SEAL RD LOZENGE
This is for an unusual English silver mechanical propelling pencil. The shaft is ribbed in a spiral design so the ring slider does not just slide down but spirals down around the shaft as it moves extending the nozzle. The slider and the two ends of the shaft are decorated with pointed acanthus leaf decoration and the spiral ribbing is engraved on alternating bands. The terminal of the pencil is inset with a purple amethyst matrix engraved with the letter A. The terminal unscrews to store spare leads and the nozzle turns to propel the lead. The silver is stamped with a Victorian Rd lozenge which is quite rare on these small items and it is marked with the makers initials JF. It is in very good condition with no dents and it is fully working. A couple of Acanthus leaf tips are broken but aside from that it is in good order. It measures 94mm(3.75" ... morelong when closed. A lovely little antique silver propelling pencil. With a decorative and design to the length. FRENCH SILVER MECHANICAL PROPELLING PENCIL SLIDING RING SLIDER & SEAL
This is for a beautiful antique French silver propelling pencil from the late 1800s. The shaft has been engine turned in a 2 dimensional way to highlight the scroll decorations that run down the shaft. It has an ornate terminal with blank seal on the top and the ring slider that slides the mechanism out is finely engraved too. There are French silver boars head hallmarks to the front of the pencil along with a makers mark. Cosmetically it is in mint condition and obviously a top quality French pencil but the nozzle has been snapped off at some point. The pin inside extends and retracts as it should so the pencil is still working perfectly, but it needs someone to fix the nozzle back on or carefully remove the stub of old one and fit a new nozzle.its a worthwhile project.its a lovely unusual good quality French silver pencil. A pretty antique miniature propelling pencil. With decorative engraving to three of the four sides. The collar band moved up and down to propel and withdraw the lead holding mechanism, and there is a further collar, which moves freely up and down the pencil, which holds the ring for attaching to a fob chain or chatelaine. The circular stone is missing from the seal end. The seal end unscrews to reveal the lead storage area. This pencil is being sold for spares or repair as the very end of the lead holding area is also missing- please see photographs for a more detailed description. An attractive antique solid silver combination pen and pencil. With an engine-turned design to the length of the casing. The pen and the pencil are in a separate section which slots into the decorative casing. The pen and pencil are in the same end of this separate section. The pencil is rather stiff to remove, although this should loosen with use. This is for a very early and quite beautiful English sterling silver mechanical propelling pencil from 1837. It is a lovely decorative example with scroll work along the shaft and a purple amethyst seal in the terminal. The silver carries a full set of English sterling silver Georgian hallmarks that date the pencil to Birmingham 1837 which makes this a nice early example of a propelling pencil. The pencil slides out on the sliding ring and works in the usual way. To propel the lead you turn the nozzle and it is fully working. The pencil is in A1 excellent condition with no damage or issues at all, its fully working, it slides out smoothly and it propels perfectly. The terminal unscrews to reveal five chambers to store spare leads and it measures 113mm(4.5" long when open and 88mm(3.5" when closed. UNUSUAL HM1845 MORDAN SILVER PROPELLING MECHANICAL PENCIL SEAL END ANTIQUE NR
This early Victorian Sampson Mordan propelling pencil measures 120mm(4.75' long and weighs 15 grams. It is marked S.Mordan& Co and hallmarked for solid sterling silver London 1845 and has a removable hexagonal seal end which hides a spare lead reservoir. It is in good antique condition with the lead propelling mechanism working as it should a couple of minor marks on the plain band and fine detail on the engine turning. 2006 Polly Pocket Doll item Lot, Storage Mechanical Case, Boat, Seal slide swing
For auction is this lot of 2006 Polly Pocket items. I know very little about Polly Pocket. So use the photos as part of the description. This is a lovely case to store your dolls, clothes, shoes and other accessories for your Polly Pocket. When you turn the star, the cover pops open and show a mirror. When you push the little button inside, the other sections open up and the little shoes come to the top where the push button is and you can put your doll in the shoes to probably dress her or use it as a little modeling stage. The sections mechanically open at the push of that button on top-a really neat design concept. The sections are great storage areas for your dolls and their accessories. There is also a little boat for Polly to ride in and a seal display. There is a tiny seal that can go down the slide and ride the swing. Here we have a nice early pristine Sampson Mordan sterling silver sliding mechanical propelling pencil from when he was in partnership with Gabriel Riddle. It isunusual in that it has the little short fat nozzle made especially for'H' size leads. The smallest you find on Mordam pencils. It works in the normal way, the ring slider extends the pencil out and you turn the nozzle to propel the lead as normal. The pencil is marked'Mordan& Co Makers& Patentee's' and it has a full set of English sterling silver hallmarks dating it to London 1833 along with the makers initials S.M:G.R for Sampson Mordan and Gabriel Riddle. The pencil has a nice crisp crosshatch wafer seal terminal and this screws off to store spare leads. It is in absolute excellent condition with no dings or dents and its fully working. SAMPSON MORDAN MECHANICAL PROPELLING PENCIL ACANTHUS LEAF SILVER VICTORIAN SEAL
This is for a beautiful and very elegant Victorian Sampson Mordan silver mechanical propelling pencil& seal from the mid 1800s. The pencil is decorated with the iconic Mordan Acanthus leaf design and it is marked'S. Mordan& Co Makers' on the side.which dates it between 1845 and 1852. It is a nice elegant looking example with an elongated acanthus terminal to the top. There is a little flower intaglio engraved into the matrix on the top it and t he terminal unscrews to store spare leads. The Acanthus leaves are repeated both at the collar at the opposite end and on the ring slider that slides the nozzle down out of the pencil. It works in the usual way. The ring slides to extend the nozzle and to propel the lead you turn the nozzle. The pencil has no dings or dents and it is all fully working as it should do sliding down and ... morepropelling. Here we have an unusual silver propelling pencil from 1847. It has a classic line and dot design with ornate ring slider and elegant terminal with inset citrine glass seal matrix. The pencil is oddly marked with no makers name. Just simply'London- Regd- June 2 1847- 1086' The pencil is well made, it looks like a Mordan in design but the markings are odd. It works in the normal way, t he slider extends the pencil and you turn the nozzle to extend the lead as normal and it is fully working.
