I have a new-condition 208V flanged heating elements. This equipment came from an unused ElectraSteam boiler that I purchased this summer from a brewery who had bought it in 1997 and never installed it. The biggest problem is one has a paint chip on the plastic cover(1in Ø) Although even this is nothing to fret at. You can see where they've been bolted down before. And there's some gasket material on the seal portion of these units, but it comes off with ease. These units were transported with cardboard squares between them. Keeping them from getting dinged.
