Vintage Antique Brass Kitchen Faucet Hot & Cold Stitsons London. Nice Shape
You are bidding on an antique Kitchen Faucet in brass with the porcelain hot and cold handles that say Stitsons London and that have an"H" in red and a"C" in light blue. This was rescued from an old house. The faucet is about 8 or 9 inches across(7 is the center of the feeds for hot and cold water)and stands about 10 inches above the sink with the 2 or three inches below. The faucet has two separate handles for hot and cold and a curved spout that can move left and right. The handles move easily. This is a handsome and interesting looking faucet for a restoration or renovation project. I have no idea if this works. But it was taken from an old sink, so I imagine it was more than decoration. This is a rare find, straight from a very high end estate. This vintage antique Art Deco Barber's porcelain sink is from a local Brooklyn New York Barber shop and purchased by us here in Utah after the woman's father passed she decided to sell it. The chrome is outstanding and shines bright, one of the side faucets has the"C" for cold but missing the"H" for hot on the right, rarely seen handle. The interior of the sink and around the front top has some wear to the porcelain and the back end underneath of the pedestal has a few lines showing it's age. Otherwise in excellent condition and ready to install, and yes it works! I believe the base metal is brass or bronze with a chrome finish. There appears to be some paint splatter or other dirt on each piece so a good cleaning will be needed. I did a basic wipe down with a damp cloth to get the dust off and show the potential of these great pieces. Each one measures 5 ½ inches tall; 4 ¼ inches from the tip of the faucet to the back of the stem; 2 ¾ inches across the handles; water opening of the faucet measures ½ inch by ¼ inch; threaded pipe is ¾ inch and the base that would sit on the sink is 2 inches across. CooL Vintage 1920s/ 1930s Kitchen Sink Porcelain Handles Faucet Plumbing Fixture
Scroll down for more photos/ more views below description Cool old 1920s/30s kitchen sink faucet for restoration. Features a long spout that moves side to side. And old fashioned white glass/porcelain hot and cold lever knobs(note the"hot" one has cracks, including an internal crack area on the bottom side, and the cold has small hairlines(see photos of both) but still looks like they could be used. It measures approx. 7 inches from inside rim of each incoming water hole. This old fixture has not been tested in any way/ sold as it stands. The spout and handles do seem to move as they should. For its age, the chrome finish is pretty nice on the spout and main body, but does have some wear spots/ some pitting on the body, a small spot of missing finish on the bottom, areas around handles as shown, etc. See photos for details/ illustrative ... moreexamples. Many of the funny spots in the photos are just reflections, so be sure to compare from photo to photo. Copper finish kitchen faucet, Moen Colonnade, single-handle, pull-out
After washing the breakfast dishes this morning using this very faucet and rinsing the dishes using its perfectly-functioning spray feature that is built-in to the pull-out spout. I removed it from our granite counter-top and installed a new Moen faucet in a darker color. I've enjoyed the old faucet since its original installation in 2002. It really looks good, though the copper finish has always shown smudges and water spots, etc. which one can wipe away. It is working well, except that it has developed an interior leak that has led to rust developing on parts of its interior structure. The valve was replaced about three months ago, at which time I probably should have replaced the vacuum breaker(a $15 part) Replacement of the vacuum breaker will probably stop the occasional interior leak. Reinstallation of the faucet without replacing ... morethe vacuum breaker is not a good idea- this part can be acquired online and also at Lowe's, Home Depot, plumbing parts suppliers, etc. On the valve handle, the decorative top cap has one broken tab that will require gluing or replacement of the part. The faucet was originally supplied with two mounting escutcheons and gaskets, a large one and a small one. We used the small one in our original installation(shown in the drawing as parts L and M) and the large one(parts E and F) cannot be located, now. Therefore, that larger, optional mounting escutcheon and gasket are not included with this auction. The color photograph above shows the faucet installed with the smaller escutcheon, and that is how this faucet will appear when(and if) it is reinstalled as supplied. Considering its age and condition, the faucet is sold as-is. With no return possibility. Polished copper finishes are hard to find. Now. Moen discontinued this finish several years ago, and has now discontinued entirely this handsome and popular Colonnade kitchen faucet in all finishes, though interior parts are the same as in most Moen faucets, new and old, so acquiring interior parts for it in the future will be

I believe, is a faucet mount or could be a wall mount missing bracket. Which ever it my be it is in very good condition with some soap residue but has no cracks, chips or heavy scratches. The bottom dish does drain out the back with the brass bracket designed with an oval shaped hole to allow the water to pass through. Very neat and rare piece. Made in Cleveland. Ohio, company is no longer in business. I changed out this faucet about 50 years ago. It was in good working order at that time. Being sold“as is. You may have to replace the washers if you plan to use as they are about 60 year old. Size about 4 inches across. About 4 inches tall and weigh about 11.4 ounces.
