Vietnam era Pilots Helmet APH-6C 1971 w. mask and hoses Kangaroo decals ?
Here is an interesting helmet I picked up a couple of weeks ago. Was going to keep it however I do not collect this era. This is a Type APH-6C size Medium Helmet and is 1971 dated by Sierra. Came as you see it with the mask harness. Mask and hoses. Both visors are intact and not cracked. Both knobs are intact. Two of the pads foam deteriated. Ther original leather pieces are included and the foam can be easily replaced and the leather glued to them. The nape strap has come loose at one end(missing the screw) The mask harness as one 1/2 inch crack in the plastic and some of the fittings has some oxidation to them(needs to be cleaned or left as is) Includes the original hoses and the cable is intact and flexable with no cracking to the rubber. I am selling the good working hydraulic control valve with handle that has 2 hoses running to it that you need to plug into the hydraulic pump on the tractor and then it has 2 hydraulic lines with quick connects on the ends of them that run off of it to plug an implement into that we just took off of a running farmall M rowcrop tractor that had a Live hydraulic pump on it. this is attached to a good working light bar with 2 aftermarket lights on it. Up for auction we have a Good Set of JB Brass 2-Valve Manifold HVAC Gauges. This set is used but still works fine. The red gauge head has been stepped on. It still works but don’t look very good. So I am adding a few different pieces with this unit. The gauge heads that are on the manifold are imperial gauge heads, I am throwing in the original JB gauge heads to this manifold(they work just fine) I am also throwing in 2 extra red hoses and 2 extra blue hoses. The hoses that are on the manifold now are Yellow Jacket Hoses. This set of gauges would be great for the beginner or to have an extra set on the truck just in case.
