Made in U.S.A. includes wheeled cart, gas bottle, extra tips, spool of cheap wire that is too thin to even use, all gauges and regulators, strong welder's magnet, everything is nice and only used for the one free roll of wire that came with it. There isn't much gas left(about 40 PSI) but I own the tank and all the gauges(not a rental) It is in perfect condition. And looks pretty new. I know I paid over $900 for everything from Weiler Welding in Dayton, and $750 is the cheapest I've found online, for just the welder. Basically, you'll need to get some gas and wire to be in business. The cart is from Harbor Freight. And I bolted it all together so everything lined up, welded it together, then took the bolts out and spray painted over the welds with black rustoleum.
