Up for auction is an very early and vintage Diving Mask made by the Sea Dive Mask company of Los Angeles. California. This early version mask is somewhat similar to the standard Navy issued mask; and as such, is a part of our diving history. These diving helmet masks have been successfully used for many years by divers working in shallow and uncontaminated waters. They are made of natural. Compression-molded rubber with what appears to be a brass clamping ring that holds the glass lens in place. The result is a rugged piece of equipment of low volume which permits the diver to work in very confined quarters. The head-harness strap can be adjusted to make a comfortable and effective seal against the divers face regardless of facial conformation. Aquabell Diving Helmet
New. Never been used Vintage Aquabell Diving Helmet. Fully functional but is being sold"as is" and being sold as a collectors item only as it comes with a waiver of liability. Has a yellow plastic collar that one would fill with sand or lead shot, and a clear plastic dome with a stem at the top that a hose was clamped to. Has a modest amount of yellow fade and blackish discoloration in some areas as seen in the pictures in the clear dome only as seen with plastics from aging as these were sold in the seventy's out of an ad in'Skin Diver' magazine and are 1 ATM helmets. Comes with a color copy of the original sales brochure. This particular helmet has a chip and crack at the of the edge of the flange on a side of the front bottom of the clear the dome. And a bend in the plast ic flange at the other side of the fr ont ... morebo tto m side of the clear dome. Both defects are not seen with the yellow collar on as shown in the photo in this particular helmet. The helmet has been stored in a warehouse for years. There are NO OTHER overt cracks or other bends or chips in the plastic dome otherwise. There is a modest amount of yellow fade/discoloration and blackish discoloration in the plastic dome as seen with long-term storage of plastic that may not be removable. VINTAGE ARCTIC CAT SNOWMOBILE HELMET, PURPLE METALFLAKE W/ PANTHER, GREEN HILITE
Up for bid is a vintage Arctic Cat snowmobile helmet. It is purple metal flake with the panther logo on each side with white and lime green highlights. Given the fact there is no inner lining whatsoever. And it is not indicated on the back, I don't know the size. The plus side is that the inside is all ready for new lining to be put in, so this would be great to showcase with that vintage ride of yours, or it makes a wonderful shelf decoration, as it has since I got it. Upon looking closer at the shield frame, there is the same Arctic Cat logo on it, so I assume it is an Arctic Cat shield. I don't know as if Arctic Cat made little stickers like that. The shield does have marks and scratches on it. The shell of the helmet is very nice with no gouges or cracks, just shows use here and there. Giro Advantage 2 Time Trial Triathlon Helmet in excellent condition- Black size Medium/Large 55-59 cm I bought this helmet last year and used it to race time trials and triathlons. I only wore it in races and it is in excellent condition. It still has my bike team sponsor decals on it but you can leave them on or take them off. It is clean inside and it has no scratches outside. The straps are clean and the fastening buckle works perfectly. I will ship it in the original box it came in as shown in the pictures. It has a quick buckle under the chin for easy on and off. Its has great venting with a front and rear vent. It also has built in sunglass that can be used on the fly by just a swipe of the glove. With the fighter jet style breather this helmet has never ever ever fogged. It comes with a great skidoo hemet bag that it has always been stored in to keep it in like new condition. There is a set of breather filters in the bag if you use them. I have never seen the need. The only reason I am selling is that my sled is sold and there is no need for a helmet on the boat!
