Nylon core belt endless tools. Used to prepare the ends of nylon core belting by skiving them with the Siegling EMS5 skiver. The skiver will work with an electric drill( not included) chucked onto the output shaft of the grinder as long as you fasten everything down. The Habasit PT-100/6 uses heat and pressure to bond the skived and glued( glue not included) ends of the belt together to make a permanently endless belt. Included in this sale is about 8ft of Habasit nylon core belting 2-1/2" wide. Plus two small rolls of narrow Ammeraal nylon core belting. The skiver has some wear on the sole plate but works perfectly for us. The Habasit belt cooker has seen very little use and is is very good condition. Items in the picture are the ones you will receive.

Habasit P-100 Press for Hot Splicing Belting
I have sold a number of these in the past and have found another which is in the best condition of any previously sold. These hot presses were designed to splice polyimide or nylon core press tapes and conveyor belts endless. It was one of the best presses made for doing these belts up to 4" wide. They were discontinued many years ago but still sought after because they are simple to use and hold up extremely well. It is design to be set at 100-120 degrees C. It has a thermostat and can be adjusted up or down. This unit is in working order and complete. It has the original carrying case which tells me it was well cared for or used very little because the cases usually get broken.
