This is a heavy duty foot switch. Its rated for 20 amps 125-250 volts and it weighs 3.5 labs, so it doesn't slide out from under your foot easily. This would work great to control a bench grinders or other heavy duty tools. I only used it to trigger my radio mic for a few years. So it still has carpet tape on the underside, but otherwise it is still in great condition.
