On rod says"Cortland madi in USA PFR 2000 7'1-650-1 Recommended For Line 6 Rod Weight 3 oz" Come with tube, I suspect the one end cap is not original, and a sock. Tube has some tape goo on it. Rod is wonderful, with very slight soiling to grip, does have previous owners name nicely engraved into reel seat(see photo) I have used this rod here in NW Montana and can assure you it works well and has good fish mojo! Has cool spring loaded reel seat that works well. I have used this rod here in NW Montana with a 9wt line for pike and bull trout and can assure you it has good fishy mojo! Comes with G Loomis tube and sock. Rod is overall in good used shape, with normal scratches etc. Wraps and guides all solid. Cork is starting to ridge and wear a bit. Ferrule fits securely. The Wright McGill All American has the famous Pat 1938 reel seat made familiar on their bamboo rods. The Phillipson is called a Royal Lancer. Both rods are probably in the 7 weight range, and both rods are in good used condition. It looks like there has been a guide or two rewrapped on the Wright McGill. I think that the Phillipson is all original, but these are not perfect specimens for the collector, they are, however, both very fishable, and have a lot of life left in them, and would serve until the perfect specimen did show up.

Lure 3-6 lb. line" Serial number 34291 dates this early Fenwick to 1964-65. Rod shows moderate use with light scratches and rubs. There is a chip in the cork fore grip(see last photo) The Feralite ferrule is in solid working condition. A few of the guide wraps are a little dry and could use some varnish. The Sila-Flex label has a cut down the center and some of the wraps are rough or damaged(see pictures) Also. Three wraps have loose threads, which are under the main ferrule(butt section) bottom wrap above the ferrule and below top ferrule on the second section or middle section of the rod and always next to the ferrule(please see pictures) The tip is in excellent condition with no loose threads on any of the wraps(all tight) and the tip has not been broken. The metal aluminum tube has a label which says"CHAMPION MFG. BY CAL-AIR PRODUCTRS CO. LOS ANGELES" Other than the wrap or loose thread problems, this rod is in good condition. FENWICK FF756 feralite 2 piece 7'6" fiberglass fly rod in near-mint condition with original sock in mint condition and original case in good condition. I've fished with this model Fenwick many times. And though the labeling calls it a six-weight, it also handles a 5-weight beautifully) The tube still carries the original Gart Brothers price tag, which shows that it sold for $39.95 in 1971, so my minimum bid is considerably less than what the outfit sold for over 40 years ago. I would have called this rod mint, except that it has two mark-downs: first(and worst) the hinge on the tube cap has given up the ghost(see photos) secondly, the rod has a little light soiling on the cork and a few scratches in the finish, which shows it was fished with at least a few times. Otherwise, it is in as-new condition. Please study the photos, ... moreand let them be your guide to how it looks: what you see is what you get. Fiberglass telescope tube - 5 feet x 14 inches
For sale is a used Parks 14-inch(I.D. by 5 foot fiberglass telescope tube. The tube is in good shape. But does have obvious mounting holes for a 12.5" f5 mirror and spider and a 2-inch focuser. If you have a longer or shorter focal length mirror it is fairly easy to modify this. Worst case is you might have to either fill the focuser hole or cover it with a thin metal plate. The tube is a flocked dull black on the interior and a shinny white gelcoat on the outside. There are no end rings. Parks does not sell this size tube anymore as far as I can determine, but it is ideal for a 12.5 inch scope. New this tube would cost about $400, so I am offering it at quite a discount. The focuser hole center is 17" from the end of the tube which is just slightly more than 62" in length. Original condition and is free of cracks, chips, damage to cork, wraps or guides. The only signs of use are a light surface rub to paint on bottom of reel seat, right above the end. Everything else looks like new. Rod tube is designed for a 9 1/2' rod. The rod sock is Fenwick but it just a bit big and was probably for a 9' spin rod. Both tube and sock work well in protecting the rod. If one wanted to travel with the rod I would recommend a soft filler. Serial number is L74182. The nickel silver ferrules fit snugly with no clicking. But do not pop when disjointed, probably due to a light dent in the male ferrule near the tip(see photo) Cork grip is firm and smooth but has a little round hole near the winding check(see photo) I poked a pick in the hole and there is no damage to the blank. Comes with a replacement Phillipson partitioned bag from Rick's Rods and the original tube. This rod is in very good minus condition. Wear on the reel seat and some loss of the decals on the rod shaft. This is a classic spinning rod from the glory days of Fenwick's fiberglass revolution. This is a stiff action rod designed for 1/4 to 5/8 oz. lures on 6 to 12 lb. line. Big fish on big water with lightish line. The serial number is K 254729. Everything is correct on this rod.
