What we have here is a VICTOR Upper torch only. Torch number is a C1450. Torch looks in really great shape. It is approx. 10" in length from tip nut to handle nut. Torch has been refurbished by a professional which includes replace any gaskets. O-rings, polishing, plunger checked and testing the unit to make sure it works properly.
