I am also including the cards that are in the holder that appear to be old but in great condition(not sure how to tell the age of cards) I am unsure if the top of the candle holder is sterling silver or not but from that age period it is likely that it is. Four vintage Sierra"Biplex" duplex receptacles. Complete with their matching wall plates. These are 15 amp/125 volt grounded duplex receptacles, which Sierra called"Biplex" because of the rectangular pattern they used, instead of the more usual duplex receptacle. These are similar in look to a modern GFI receptacle, but are narrower and taller, necessitating their own wall plates(they do fit in a standard electrical box, however) All components are new old stock, having never been installed. The receptacles are still in their original cardboard boxes, which are also in nice shape and display well if that's important to you. The wall plates are also unused, but two of them no longer have the plastic wrappers, and the other two wrappers aren't in very good shape either. However, they're all in perfect shape, ... morewith no scratches, cracks, or chips(the screws are missing, however you can easily get new ones at your local hardware store) These are pretty neat items-the wall plates have grooves in them similar to the classic Uniline pattern, and the receptacles have similar detailing. This pretty bowl and matching salad serving utensil set are one of the earlier pieces of Carltonware. The registry number on the bottom dates this piece to 1890. The first year the company started. The mark on the base is in blue transfer and reads"W& R-Stoke-on-Trent-Carltonware" Wiltshaw& Robinson started this company and ran the company under their name and Carltonware interchangeably from 1890 to 1957. From 1958 on, the name Carltonware was used solely for their products. The pattern on this beautiful bowl is called"Poppy" which is also on the bottom. It features two large poppy flower designs opposite each other and perpendicular on either side two smaller designs of poppies. The images are in a soft Navy blue and not Royal blue. The bowl measures 9"22.8 cm) in diameter and is 4 1/4"10.7 cm) tall. ... moreIt has a silver rim, with no discoloration or dents, that measures 1/2"1.3cm) It also has a 3/4"1.9 cm) foot" on the base. The two utensils are lovely too and are in wonderful condition. It is unusual that they are still with the bowl after 123 years. They each measure 10 1/2"26.8 cm) in length and the porcelain handles are 3 1/4"8.3 cm) long. The silver design at the base of the handles has the appearance similar to a Gothic window. The rim of the bowl is not marked, although the utensils are. Embossed on each are the markings HA, EA, PA. The bowl has no chips and the utensil handles don't either. DW Exotic Drum kit Set Drums NO RESERVE Curly Maple Piece Matching Snare CUSTOM
This auction is for the five drums with mounts on toms and three floor tom legs. That is all. This is a five piece DW exotic shell kit. Kit was custom made by DW in November of 2004 and I purchased them brand new from a drum shop in late 2007. These drums look awesome and I have never seen another kit like them. The finish is flames over exotic curly maple. The figured wood looks amazing on the shells. The Sizes are the DW Fast Sizes. I believe 8x10 diameter. 9x12, 14x11, 18x22, and a 14x5 or 5.5 snare. Away at college. Not home to measure but I think it is 14x5.5) The reason I am selling my DW drums to buy another set of DW's in different sizes. These drums have never been taken out of my basement/music room and have never been gigged. As for condition the shells look amazing. This auction is for a carving knife and matching fork in Oneida's Prestige Gay Adventure pattern. I bought them in 1955 along with other silverware and I don;t remember ever using them. They are like new except the blade on the knife is dull. These articles were coated in 4 layers of silver known as quadruple plating which is why you rarely see any with plate worn through. Almost mint 1957 Hammond B3 with matching Leslie 21H No sun fade. No dents and no major scratches. These peices were delivered to a home in 1957 and were well taken care of while rarely played. I believe that I am the second owner and the equipment has remained in my living room since my purchase and also rarely played. A Hammond tech replaced the original felts about 2 years ago which were still in useable condition. The organ and Leslie were gone over and received a clean bill of health. A new and complete set of tubes go to the purchaser for both the Hammond and the Leslie but the original tubes are fine. These set up is perfect for a sound stage, high-line club, church or can be proudly displayed in your home. The generator oil from 1957 still with the organ! For sale a very nice pair of mid century Eames era lamps. They are brass with tealish green textured paint on the body of the lamps with matching cloth trimmed shades. Both lamps work great and the wiring seems to be in good vintage shape. The lamps are 27 inches tall and at the widest point the shades are 17 inches across. There are a few chips on the paint here and there but it can be hidden when the lamps are turned. They are large so they will take probably two bo xes- one for th e lamps and the other th e shades.
