We bought this new and used it for a couple of years. After a while the bowl stopped spinning(this seems like a pretty common problem) We have stopped making chocolate so we never got around to fixing it and now are looking to sell it to someone willing to buy replacement parts or fix it on their own. The heating and cooling mechanisms and digital thermometer have always worked well and still do. The unit has always been kept clean and has the manual that came with it. New this machine lists for close to $800 so you should be able to buy this and fix it for much less. Posted with

This is an ACMC Table top Temperer for Chocolate. It is used. I bought it about 5 years ago for my cottage business that I had for a couple years. I used it for 2 Valentine's Days. One Easter and One Christmas. I probably used it several days each occasion. It is in excellent shape, works great. Never had any problems with it. I used Belgian Chocolate from Country Kitchens in Ft. Wayne, IN. These are available New online for between $799 and $819 and replacement parts are available if ever needed or wanted. I paid $750. It has been sitting in storage for a few years now except for one quick use a year or so ago for a special project. Shipping will be Approx. $35. Hilliard Chocolate Little Dipped Chocolate Temperer
For auction is a Hilliard Chocolate Little Dipper chocolate tempering machine. This unit is a table top that weighs only 45 pounds and can temper up to 25 pounds per day. It has a variable temperature switch and a bowl kettle switch to choose when you want to rotate your bowl. I has a plexiglass covering to keep it warm and clean while you're not using it. I used this in my shop for tempering smaller batches of sugar free chocolate. The only issue with this machine is there is a crack in the tubing that holds the wiring for the thermometer. It does not effect the machine whatsoever and has been that way for years. I normally keep a piece of clear tape over it. But I removed it for the purpose of this picture.
