This 10' x 20' trailer has a good-sized griddle. A warming unit, two deep fryers with baskets, and plenty of floor space. Food storage includes two freezers, one half-size refrigerator, and a beverage refrigerator. You can't see it well, but there are two sets of cabinets: one below the sink and one between the beverage fridge and the deep fryers. There are hoods, but one is missing the fan/motor. The trailer itself takes a 2 5/16" ball. There are padlocks to secure the windows and door. The windows lock open so you won't have to worry about wind or anything. Also included are 2 empty propane tanks that came with the trailer. I am selling a nice concession trailer. First off it is fully self sufficient meaning it has 2 generators that come with it, solar panels 6 of them to be exact mounted on top of trailer these panels power a lot of stuff just with the sun. I hooked it up to 110 outlets there are 3 outlets that have 4 plug holes for them very cool: Next it has two breaker boxes one for 110 and one for 220 outlets are all over the inside and one on the roof water proof. I am selling a used 2012 full commercial kitchen equipped food trailer built 8 months ago and only been used for 6 months. Trailer comes with two commercial grade American Range gas deep fryers. Full 4 burner range w/ commercial oven, custom made gas grill all covered by a large stainless steel vent hood. There is also a top of the line Whirlpool two door stand up fridge/ freezer, a ground mounted 3' wide meat freezer, rv ac unit, two large sinks and a hand wash sink, and a brand new Snow Wizard shaved ice system already installed with proper drainage to the water system. There is a large fresh water tank and a waste water tank with water heater. The trailer comes equipped with two 100 lb propane tanks and a 10,000+ watt commercial generator welded to the frame of the trailer and strong enough to power an entire house. I decked this trailer out for my parents to get into the food truck and snow cone business but at their age it has proven to be just to much for them to handle. I am selling my concession trailer. To start off. The business and business name will be kept by me as I still operate the business but in a different fashion. The remaining few supplies, which amounts to the cups, syrups and items in drawers that are in the pics will also not be included. I installed a 5000 btu A/C with remote and a propane fired furnace that fires up off a thermostat on the wall for consistent temp control. There is a Bosch 4 gallon water heater under the sink. 40 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon waste tank. The front counter has a stainless steel handwash sink and 3 compartment stainless steel wash sink. The trailer is wired with a 100 amp 8 breaker box and has a transfer switch for 12 volt power for low voltage lights and trailer accessories. The 12 volt fuse block has 15 automotive type circuits to it. There are numerous 120 volt outlets through out the trailer. Maybe overkill but there is no need to run extension cords around the inside. There is a 4000 watt Champion generator mounted on the rear of the trailer. It can be removed if needed but I leave it in a sound deadening box that I built and run it out of. The generator remains in the box and frame that is attached to the frame of the trailer as it travels down the road. It can run off the generator all day in remote location or be plugged into land power if it is available. It is also wired with coax and power on the inside and outside to watch television

This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. The users were in business for just a few months and closed up. Trailer is in unbelievable condition. I have the original paperwork showing the pricing and the options this trailer came with. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. They are out of business now. I purchased the espresso trailer from the original owners in PA. The owners tried to start a drive thru coffee bar in a very small town and were only in business for less than 6 months before closing it down. The building sat with the air and heat on until I purchased it last Fall. The sellers had nearly $80.000 in the set up and equipment. I have their receipts. They put it behind their gas station hoping to be the next star.buck. It didn't take off for them and so they gave up after a short ... moretime. The air and heat has been on the entire time. They wanted to protect their investment. My wife is from the sister town and a family member told them about my coffee business in Jackson, MI. I had a local guy take off the skirting and the awnings, and had another company pull it to Michigan. The trailer was on stabelizers with the wheels taken off. Wheels were put back on and it was ready to be pulled. The trailer has a removable trailer tongue that once removed tucks under the front of the trailer. The QSI espresso trailer has double axles with electric brakes. It has a durolast roof that does not leak. Central air and heat on the roof. There are air and heat act as air curtains above each drive thru window. The original owner had the trailer hard plumbed and hard wired. It has a 200 amp electric panel. We have converted the trailer to be used with a generator. It has a high end surge protector built in. One can easily convert it back to hard wired electric. We also installed two new fresh water tanks that are filled from the outside. One is for the espresso machine(in case you want filtered water) 16 gallons. And the other is for the hand sinks(larger 42 gallon tank)

Two new dedicated circuits were added one for interior and one for equipment. 5 gallon water heater and 4 sink basins installed in kitchen for health department regulations.
