This is a 1969 custom rebuilt Shasta travel trailer with wings.in good shape. Very unique interior with a lot room to move around in and plenty of storage. It has five outlets to plug into as well as being wired for cable and phone. The stove is original and works. The fridge works but could use to be replaced. It has a one year old A/C that has only been used a few times. The A/C unit rolls out the side on a drawer out of the old heater vent. So no windows are blocked. The rear set of windows on the driver's side have three pieces of glass missing, but can easily be replaced. Bed area fits a queen sized air mattress or a full size regular mattress slide in just as easy. Awning is in great shape, but needs two new support poles. This 10' x 20' trailer has a good-sized griddle. A warming unit, two deep fryers with baskets, and plenty of floor space. Food storage includes two freezers, one half-size refrigerator, and a beverage refrigerator. You can't see it well, but there are two sets of cabinets: one below the sink and one between the beverage fridge and the deep fryers. There are hoods, but one is missing the fan/motor. The trailer itself takes a 2 5/16" ball. There are padlocks to secure the windows and door. The windows lock open so you won't have to worry about wind or anything. The front counter has a stainless steel handwash sink and 3 compartment stainless steel wash sink. The trailer is wired with a 100 amp 8 breaker box and has a transfer switch for 12 volt power for low voltage lights and trailer accessories. The 12 volt fuse block has 15 automotive type circuits to it. There are numerous 120 volt outlets through out the trailer. Maybe overkill but there is no need to run extension cords around the inside. There is a 4000 watt Champion generator mounted on the rear of the trailer. It can be removed if needed but I leave it in a sound deadening box that I built and run it out of. The generator remains in the box and frame that is attached to the frame of the trailer as it travels down the road. It can run off the generator all day in remote location or be plugged into land power if it is available. It is also wired with coax and power on the inside and outside to watch television

We did our best to preserve the original look of the airstream while adhering to the NSF board of health guidlines. The trailer was licensed in the state of ct as a commercial bakery and licensed in the city of Danbury. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients.
