John Deere MX8 Rotary Mower Description: STEAL. This brush hog is overall in very nice condition. But 2 spindles are missing. Both the center and left spindle shafts are out of the tractor and I do not have them here. The housings are all there(as you can see, but the shafts appear to be gone. Otherwise, things look OK- the gearboxes all turn as they should and make no noise or show any obvious problems! The chains, etc. are all in functioning condition as are the PTO shafts and the attaching mechanism. We removed the wheels to make it easier to move around, but everything you see pictured is included. This is a huge brush hog and you need a big tractor to use it- Deere recommends a minimum of 40 HP and a Category 2 hitch to hook it up. I'd go bigger. Personally. This is an antique 1800s Chinese ink well or/and brush washer statue. It is very well done. It is under 4 inches tall. I believe it is celadon.it is almost a very light grey color with green areas in it. I thought it was something else until I washed it and saw the greens coming through. There is a corrosion( on the lower opening or hole that looks like it is a burn or burnt wax. This spot was actually twice or almost three times it's size and I was able to get it off with a nailbrush and hot dish soap water. So I am almost positive the rest will be able to come off too. I will work on it some more also in the meantime! This is adorable and a nice gift for an antique collector or a writer or even an artist's office!
