Vintage 1970s Smith Corona: Coronet Super 12 Electric Typewriter in Portable Cas
This is a 1970s Coronet Super 12 Model Typewriter by Smith Corona Electric Typewriter Company. It is in fully functional working condition. I have plugged it in and tried every individual key to make sure it works and there are no problems. It is complete with every original pamphlet. Including the envelopes to order more ink with the first owners address on it. It does need a new ink ribbon which can be ordered over the internet for around $10.00 because the current one is a bit dried up. I have used it before it dried up so I know it types just fine.The typewriter comes in a built in suit case for easy travel and protection. It is heavy, solid, and very well made. It's a lot of fun to type with. This typewriter is very cool item for writers or simply for decoration.

I tried it out, and the letters made indentations in the paper but there was no ink! It has an erase-a-word feature if you buy a ribbon with the erasing material. I've noticed that there are ribbons for sale here on Ebay, so if you are imagining yourself beating out that novel in the Old School way, this is your machine. It has a little handle underneath that folds out to let you carry it. The cover is included.
