The only thing i noticed is that the power plug holder on the back of the unit is a little loose but did not affect the functionality. It is about a 5.00 fix. This is a top of the line shredder and is good for high security documents. These shredders are made to last. This is not one of the cheap fellowes powershred 320cc you see on ebay with the dark grey tops.
