This classic typewriter was advanced in its time! The word processing typewriter stored several lines and could allow correction of misspellings used and LCD screen. Found in an air-conditioned residence unused for some time. But I plugged it in and typed with it. It corrected the third"jumpted" in the sixth picture. There is a handle embedded on the back. Closed in the 7th picture and open in the 8th. The cord is in a hidden compartment at the back of the platen as you can see in the 9th picture. The serial number is on a plate in the back. 10th picture. It has some typewriter and eraser ribbon. But I am sure you will have to buy more on eBay. Perhaps you prefer this machine to a computer! Although the first one will be the"default" I am reducing my accumulation of GOOD WORKING typewriters. Each one I offer has been tested and is working well.NOT repaired or refurbished. Bother made many many different models of electronic portable typewriters from the 1980s on. And still produces them, using the same ribbons, same correction tapes, and same print wheels. They have changed the case style a few times, and have added more features, but the insides are essentially the same! This is a current model; here is the Amazon listing with full description: It works just great as a"Plain Vanilla Typewriter" But has a huge array of ... moreextras. Such as correction memory for individual letters up to the entire line. Bold, Underline, variable line spacing, 10-12 cpi letter spacing. And lots more, all explained in the manual. I have downloaded the owners manual for this exact model. And will include it on CDR. The ribbon in it is partly used. Prints well. I am including another twin pack of ribbons, brand new. The correction tape in it is dried out, at least at the first part, may be good further in. I am including two more brand new correction tapes as well. This is a lightweight portable typewriter. Sturdy enough for long-life in an office setting. The font in it is Brougham 10. Which looks about like this. It looks good when typed at 10 or 12 characters per inch. There are still other font printwheels available but I only have the standard. They change out in seconds. As do ribbons and correction tapes. This one includes the snap-on cover for the keys. Which doubles as a paper support. Carrying handle is molded into the back of the case. I am frequently asked whether anybody still uses typewriters anymore. Sure! And not just old fogeys like me.
