I never did end up doing that. They work great and have been on my home built machine for about 50 hours of use and they were working perfectly when I took them off. They already have cable ends that will readily connected up to about 20- 25 feet of shielded cable and come with the connectors for the other end that connect up to a stepper driver. I have for sale in my other auctions the stepper drivers and the power supply I used with these motors. Bridgeport Mill Stepper Motor Boss CNC Nema 42 Sigma/Superior 850 oz/in
These are working stepper motors taken off of a working Bridgeport CNC mill. They have been tested to work. Auction is for one motor. There are two total available. They have a standard NEMA 42 mounting pattern and a 5/8" keyed shaft. Most of these motors were manufactured by either Sigma or Superior to Bridgeports specifications and provided approximately 850 oz/in of holding torque. They run fine and work well. These are extra motors I purchased as spares for my bridgeport CNC running the same motors but I haven't needed them. I'd rather sell them and put the money into more tooling. Thanks for looking.
