I don't know anything about these. They were in a box of tools I bought years ago. One appears to rattle a small amount and the other more so when I shake them around. I removed the inserts for pictures but then just snugged them up lightly for shipping. I don't know what the purpose is for the socket like insert. What you see is what you get. Vase (3) Red Square Stamped "Japan" - Unknown Age
Three(3) Vases(All have Red-Squared marking on bottom and the word"Japan" Please see picture of this as this might help you identify the age of these. I do not know when or how these were made. I just know they are beautiful. No chips. Cracks or problems that I can see. Gold trimmed. Picture shows boats, mountains, trees, The vases appear to be some type of cracked porcelain as it appears to have cracks but it is just part of the design. The two larger vases are app. 10 1/2" tall. The small vase is app. 8 1/2" tall. Anyone know about these. Please comment if you do and I'll pass your knowledge on to others. I do not want these back as I'm selling my home and all contents and retiring to a motorhome and traveling. PayPal Accepted.
