This is a fantastic gold recovery trommel wash plant. It is light weight. And even back packable. When taken apart it will almost all fit inside the barrel. It will churn through a 5 gallon bucket of course material in a minute or two. It comes with a 1/4 in barrel or a 1/2 inch, your choice. It is a good height for shoveling straight into it. It is made of durable pvc plastic and heavy duty buckets. It will come with a new Keene sluice pre-fitted with a reversal unit.piece of plastic duct taped on that can be removed if needed)Will also come with 2 Brand new in the package 1000 gph 12 volt bilge pumps, and 2 brand new 1 inch 20 foot hoses. All has been tested with extra fine flour gold from Clear Creek in Colorado and this unit works fantastic. It's simple and easy, yet works really really good. It comes with video instructions on how ... moreto set it up and how to use it. I will also be sending a bag of Clear Creek cleanout with it so you can see right away the fine flour it can catch. It can be used creek side, in the creek, or as a highbanker. You can also set it up to recirculate. It can run off gas or electric pumps. Since it's hand cranked it needs a lot less energy for those long hauls way back to the sweet spot. The Keene sluice will also be fitted with speed wire miners moss. The stuff is great and catches about 99.99% of even flour gold when set up to optimal conditions. It's not going to win any beauty contests because its not so pretty, but it sure does work good. The barrel is 12 x 36, and comes in either 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch mesh. The frame is made from 1 1/4 inch pvc. The trommel is sturdy, but if it does get a piece misplaced, or broken, the pieces are very easy to replace. I am starting it for the amount it cost to make it, the cost of the sluice, and for the pumps and hoses. The trommel part of the wash plant can be used dry in the dessert as a classifier. Fantastic gold recovery system that is light weight and very portable. It has a 12 inch x 36 in barrel in 1/2 inch mesh. I will also send a roll of 1/4 inch mesh with it incase you want a smaller mesh. I have used one of these for over 2 years now with no problems. It can be used in the middle of the creek. As a highbanker, or recirculating. It does not come with a sluice or pumps, but I can tell you were to get the pumps and hoses I use on mine, and show you how to rig a sluice to work with this trommel. This works really well and will go through a 5 gallon bucket of course material in a minute or two.
