This little unit should not be underestimated by it's size. This mighty little dude is made to go into places that bigger dredges simply cannot get too physically because they are just that too big and in the recovery process it's self in and around rocks and crevices that larger dredges just cannot reach. This dredge is like a Dr.s scalpel, in that it's small compact design is just right for those tiny back woods places that nobody can get to with traditional mining equipment. The gentleman who used this unit did so in a ditch in Georgia and both times he brought out color in the miners moss of this machine. The floatation pontoons are designed to take on more ... moreair as needed and for stability. The engine and the pump are both heavy duty work horses and has a power jet. Included in this package is a Diamond plate High Banker top with PVC water control for your Keene Sluice, the entire system sets on a stand that is set at optimal sluice degree suggestion, I think the guy said between 5% 6% The dredge can easily be set up to run the high banker off the flow of water for the dredge, or any pump to keep your sluice box sluicing. Gold Buddy (Jobe) 10 inch sluice hopper, Jobe 45, Keene A52, Highbanker, Dredge
Highbanker/Dredge Hopper#6508. Use this quality precision laser cut aluminum Highbanker/ Dredge Hopper to convert your stream sluice into a highbanker or dredge. The removable classifier screen is made of gold colored zinc plated steel wire- an improvement over the aluminum grizzly that used to catch stones which had to be removed by hand. The top of the hopper is 18 inches x 18 inches with spray bars. The water inlet is equipped with a 1 1/2 inch quick connect foresty coupling which can be removed to use 1 1/2 inch pipe fittings. The water supply can be adjusted with a valve which is included. Comes ready to go as a highbanker and can be rigged to use as 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch dredge hopper with the dredge adaptor which is not included. Works on the JOBE brand 45 inch Yellow Jacket sluice. The Keene A52, or any 10 inch wide sluice. The mounting ... moreholes are precut to bolt onto the JOBE brand sluice and sluice stand. Mounting to the Keene A52 requires two 1/4" holes to be drilled on the sides of the hopper. Total weight is 15 pounds. Sorry, no instruction manual or directions for assembly are available for this unit from the manufacturer(Jobe) but it's basically self-explanatory. There are 2 seperate dents in this unit.
