You are bidding on a vintage 1920's or 1930's Westinghouse Electric meter that is in very good condition except for a small chip in the glass as shown in one of the photos. These are often used to make into lamps where the meter dials move when the light is turned on. It is a bit hard to read due to the small bar on top of the meter. But the serial number is 11 549 458. I have not tried to run current through the meter, so I can't be sure that it works, but it appears to be in working condition. Please contact me if you have questions.

Westinghouse Type C Integrating watt meter rated 100 volts at 5 amps. Style 57524 Serial# 61989. It's been set back to zero. Patent dates on it are: May 1. 88(I'm assuming that's 1888) Aug,14, 88; Dec.26, 93; Jan 1, 95: Oct. 22,95 and Aug 8, 95. There is a little slip of paper under the connector boxes; one says"line" and the other"load" so you should be able to tell which connections to make. I don't have a way or know how to test it, so you buy it as it is. There are no cracks or dings on it.
