I don't know much about this other than that it turns on and powers up just fine. It passes it's self test. As pictured. I tried repeatedly to get a picture that shows that it passes the item"serial interface" but it switches over to the main screen so fast after that, so I couldn't get the picture. But it does pass that part- whatever it is. Doesn't have any test leads or whatever. Got it in a storage unit auction with a bunch of confusing electronics test equipment. It was sold mainly because of old age. It’s nice to make a few bucks, but I don’t sell here for the money, rather because I can’t stand to let it go into the scrap bin. It features full scale adjustments for both 200-ohm and 100-ohm sensors. Removing cumulative range errors. This particular meter has component date codes of early 1968. It has been cleaned and inspected for leaky capacitors. Burned parts and all switches have been cleaned with DeOxit. It was calibrated on an HP 8402A calibrator, which has an NIST traceable calibration. Only the 200-ohm scales were calibrated since I do not have a 100-ohm microwave sensor to use in its calibration. The internal NiCad battery is install ed. I did not open the battery case. But I suspect that if it was opened, one would find evidence of cell leakage.
