Up for your consideration is for a vintage Westinghouse Portable Ammeter PA-5 from 1950. It is a style no. 701354. Type PA-5, 0-5-10 Amperes, Frequency range D-C to 135 cycles max. The serial number is 2401502. It was last calibration was in 1986. I secured it from the Earl Naval Weapons Base in New Jersey over twenty-five years ago. I haven’t tested it nor used it since I had it. It is being sold as-is. It doesn’t have the leather handle. It is sold as-is. This is a Weston Model 315 in near absolute mint condition. I'll give it a 9.5 out of 10 as it has 2 stickers on wood. I personally check it over and used it. It was last calibrated in 1981 and still seams to be extremely accurate! This model not this meter were used by NASA. Very nice meter for display or use. Very neat top embossed casting, not sure if brass or nickel plated, but once polished and cleaned up this would be a special display piece with plenty of history from America's early electrification period.
