It is complete and functions properly. Here are the flaws I found with this unit: Glass cylinder is cracked. No spare is included. Dents on top of reflector, One bulb is included. These bulbs are very hard to find and expensive so be careful when handling. They are 24 volt and standard bulbs will not work. I believe the order number is SP150P25FR24V.
