I am not sure if this can be repaired or not. I wanted to offer for sale, its a cool 1983 piece. There is the plug under one foot and the has the air hole but there is no hole in the mouth for air. So I am thinking this may be a water rescue toddler.Please see all photos and email me with any questions.
