Cheese and ice cream. I even thought maybe it was in my head until I had pains after being sure I didn’t eat any milk products. Then the next day. I checked the trash from the last nights’ dinner and the Rice-a-Roni product I ate contained Casein, a milk product, that can cause milk pains, and I was that sensitive.
