this is a great bow fast and smooth. its just to much draw weight for me. A couple of nicks on the face of the bow from normal use. just got it this year but just cant get use to that draw weight. if you can pull 55# this is gonna be a great buy for you. its a right handed 58in bow with a 55# draw weight at 28 in. the limbs are straight and tips are good and fast flight string with it. no reserve is set so good luck. and no stress cracks

This listing is for 2 Vintage Recurve Youth Bows Red Bear AMO 50" Unmarked Red Recurve. I acquired these at an estate of an avid hunter and collector and don't know anything about it. He had everything that had to do with the old west and weapons such as guns. Compound bows. Recurve bows, knives. Ammunition and clothing. The Bear Red Bear bow measures 50 1/4" unstrung from tip to tip. It also comes with a new string that was just made by the previous owner. It has some very minor scratches here and there from normal gentle use but is still in outstanding condition and would make a great addition to your collection. The other recurve looks so much like the Bear but is unmarked so I have no idea who makes it. It does have a string but will need to be cleaned up due to sitting in storage. VINTAGE NICE 1970s LIGHTLY USED BEAR KODIAK HUNTER AMO 60" 50+# RH RECURVE BOW I have for sale a Lightly Used Bear Kodiak Hunter. This is bow is between 1973 and 1978 because it has the raised coin. This bow is 50+ pounds. It is Right Hand. AMO 60 inch. This bow has reinforced tip overlays which are solid. The limbs are straight-no twists-no stress lines. It does have some scratches and some scuff marks. There also are a few nicks in the clear coat finish. There are no holes drilled or filled in this bow. It has a factory installed insert which does have a touch of rust on it. The riser looks to be nice. It has the blue inlaid accent strip. This bow has the Bear raised coin which looks to be good. The riser also does have a few light scratches and a couple tiny little scuff marks and what looks like a little light nick. This bow has ... morebeen strung and tested but there is no string included with this bow. This bow is marked 50x which I believe makes it heavier than 50 pounds. This bow will need a little cleanup as I have not done much with it. If you are looking for a good hunting bow this one could be it. The Piano rolls we are selling were my Fathers. And he was an avid piano roll collecter, his name was Philip Wenker and he lived in Riverside California, he belonged to the Maple Leaf Club We lived in California. He passed away 20 years ago, and my husband and I moved to Oregon. All of the Rolls are in good playable condition. Most are in original boxes, some have been"restored" by my Dad so he could read the titles, Those he really liked have"STARS" Those are the ones he liked the best. For awhile my Dad had some of his better rolls professional re cut and they called( the label) Golden Age" Most of this collection are RAGS and BLUES. These re cuts are all on Hi quality paper of the same type the original rolls had and they truly play like the original rolls. I will list which of these are re cut. He did these in ... morethe 1980’s. I will try to list any alteration he made to the labels. Such as"re inked" and I am playing each one before I list it, to be sure they all still track right. Sears Ptarmigan / Brear Grizzly Bow recurve 45# AMO 58"
Bear made a few bows that were sold under private label names. Including a series of"bird name" bows for Sears. This Sears Ptarmigan is actually a Bear Grizzly, made in the same molds with the same materials. The only thing missing in the Sears version is the Bear name and medallion. This particular example is in excellent shape and looks like it didn't get a lot of use. It belonged to a friend who bought it used in the late 1980s. Used it briefly, and put it in the closet. It's 45# Which is increasingly a popular weight as archers learn that accuracy is more important than poundage, and that a 40 pound bow will put a sharp arrow through most deer. There's a bracket for an Allen bow quiver mounted on one side that can easily be removed. Shipping costs include $2 extra towards shipping insurance.
