The case and everything in it had some light red crumbles of something all over. I cleaned most of it out but I think the inside bladder was made of natural rubber which has deteriorated from age, some of it is still stuck on the instructions but I managed to clean most of it out of the case and manikin. The bulb pump doesn't work now but it could still be used to teach the motions, you just can't hook it to a machine. It comes with 6 rubber mouth pieces and several hundred plastic bags.
