Found stored in an attic after the house was being wiped out getting ready for an estate sale and who knows for how many years. I was told that it was an old suction/extraction machine possibly for on field action but this thing is so clean. I don't think that it ever saw any action. As you can see in the pictures. There is some paint loss from where the cover rubs on the compressor and I did have to put a new plug end on the cord as this one was missing the original one and yes, I plugged it in, turned the switch on and it does suck like a new born calf. This unit looks like it was barely used and other than a little dust it is very clean. I did replace the vacuum gauge because the original one wouldn't calibrate properly so if you are going to actually use it for medical purposes you might consider putting a higher quality gauge on it. Other than that the only flaw that I see is an old inventory number written in paint pen on the top. I have seen these used as air brush compressors but I don't know what has to be done to them to make pressure rather than vacuum but I suspect its not terribly difficult. I tested it and it will pull 23" in of vacuum. In order to ship for free.
