You are buying One Used Welch Allyn Vital Signs Spot Monitor 420 series. There is no power cord/charger. The temp probe, sp02 pulse and 1 bp cuff are included.The operating manual is also included. Also included is the service manual on cd. I found this in a storage unit. I used a universal test power supply to turn it on. The oxygen sensor seemed to work and the temp probe seemed to work; the blood pressure would pump up then give an error code of E42; which from what I read in the service manual said to unhook battery wait 5 min-reconnect and set date and time. But my power supply would not charge the battery; so the battery most likely is bad. Due to the fact that you will need at least a battery and power supply I am selling for parts or repair and as-is.
