The Run LED lights up, and powers on in the RUN mode, and it also goes into STBY when the TRANSMITTER switch is moved into that position, and the STBY LED lights up. It does have Squelch/SQ/OR mode and both of those modes seem to work. The LT/ICT switch also seems to work in either of those positions. The RANGE rotating dial works and rotates in both directions, however it is missing the knob that is supposed to be there. The VOLUME position rotates in both directions and the knob is present and you can hear the volume increase and decrease in the directions when you rotate it. The outside of the case is in well used condition. It has scratches and scrapes and small dents on the outside of the case. All the screws are present and intact on the outside of the case on the sides and face of the dial indicators. The handle has all of it's screws and the push button switch clicks when you press it.
