There are scratches and the up/down selector lever handle is broken(see photo) Does not effect operation as you can still move it back and forth with your thumb. This shows wear and tear but works ok. Small piece of the end of the handle is chipped out. The end that hangs down with the geared pulley in it is missing one bolt and it shows wear from the chain rubbing as it was feeding in and out of it. Will lift about 5' In the pictures there is 92" of loose chain coming out of the hoist plus another 14" of double chain between the hoist and pulley hook.
