There are scratches and the up/down selector lever handle is broken(see photo) Does not effect operation as you can still move it back and forth with your thumb. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other tools that I currently have listed. I mainly use Fed Ex even though the calculator shows it as UPS.
