I have 5 of these in stock and they are all in similar condition. You can see in the pictures that the dataplate had a packing slip envelope attached to it which has been partially removed. All 5 of them either have the remnants or the glue left on them from the envelopes. I don't know how easy it will be to clean the plates off. All 5 of them have scratches and bends in them due to storage. They are in rough shape but with a little elbow grease you should be able to get them cleaned up enough to give your vintage trailer the proper military labeling that it deserves. It weighs in at 14 pounds of heavy duty metal. The dimensions are 9" top to bottom) by 5" outer width of lower part) The opening(from inner top to pin top) is 5" The opening looks like it can handle up to 3-1/2" The inner dimension(space between pin openings) is about 2-1/4" The pin is 7" long and 1-1/4" in diameter. The shackle is not marked so I don't know the exact WLL but I found comparable pins ranked at about 20 tons. This shackle has been sitting as a door stop for probably the last 10 years or so. This snatch block is a bit of a mystery for me. I couldn't find a name on it. But it looks like a very good quality piece of equipment. On one side it has SWL 5000, on the other it looks like it says 8 T, which makes me think it should an 8 ton, and by the size of it, but I can't be sure, so you may have to judge for yourself.
