I am selling it as is, buyer can replace grip as desired. Only one racquet bag is included, and is in good condition. Both racquets have a fair amount of scuffing on the frames and bumper guards, but I have looked closely and can find no cracks, strings look fine, overall these are in pretty good used condition. I brought this tent along on probably about 20 or so backpacking outings- even endured 3 straight days of rain in Yosemite Valley in it once. Through it all. This tent never let me down- never leaked, never had a zipper fail, never had a pole bend or break. When I brought this tent out to set it up for these pictures a couple of days ago, I was amazed at a) what great shape this tent was still in, and b) how seriously simple and quick it was to set up. This is definitely a very well designed and built backpacking tent that still has many hundreds of miles of trail left in it. Because there were several years that I was very dependent on this tent, I always went out of my way to take very good care of it. The tent is clean ... moreand in very good condition- absolutely no rips. Stains, bent poles, or damaged zippers. The pack contains the full set of standard pegs- though I rarely used them because the tent is so stable in a free-standing setup that I only used them if I was camping in a windy spot(rare) The only negative I could ever find with this tent is that it is pretty tight for 2 people- I'm 6' and 230lbs with wide shoulders, so I usually used it as a nice, roomy solo tent. Probably fine for 2 people that don't mind sharing tight quarters. I do not have the footprint(ground cloth) for it anymore. I'm not really sure where that went to but the gear loft, tent fly, stakes and poles are all present and accounted for. This tent is a great deal for whoever buys it- and if no one wants it for my selling price, I'll be just as happy to pass it on to my son. The tent weighs in as pictured at just over 5 lbs

In turning the cranks they feel right to me. And the brakes seem to work. The two spools are not alike. As seen in the photos. The black spool has fuzzy stuff on the edges(which is hard to see in the photo) and there is a small black crusty lump on each side. One of which is seen in the photo. The writing on the spool box can be seen in the photo. The reel box for the 3-100-120 is worn. But strong. The cardboard insert is torn in several places. Offering a super Fenwick Feralite. Model FF85, 8-1/2 ft, 2 pc, 3-3/4 oz. fiberglass fly rod with the original aluminum carrying case. The cloth case is gone. The rod is in exceptional shape. The eyes have no damage and the wrapping is in great shape. The cork handle has never had a hook in it and is damage free. The feral attaches well and holds nicely. The action is live. That's not bad for a 50 year old rod. There is a dent or two in the aluminum case as can be seen in picture 11. The serviceability is in no way impaired. Feralite had not yet been patented when this rod was made as it says patent pending behind the word Feralite. Serial number is C 16723. Exceptional piece but I am downsizing and can't tramp the streams as I once did so here's a nice opportunity to own agreat rod. Low start. Phillipson Paragon fly rod 8 1/2' - 5 bamboo 3 section very nice original cond.
Today I purchased this Phillipson Paragon fly rod at an estate sale. I don't know really anything about it other than I have read that they fish very well. And I know they were made in the fifties. This is a 3 section 8 1/2' 5 HDH. It also has what looks like a small b with an 8 in front of the length designation. It is in very good overall condition for the age, and does not appear to have any real damage or problems other than very minor scuffs and scratches. It was obviously owned by someone who liked to use it, and it has been well used, but probably has a lot of life left in it. The ferrules seem tight, all the guides are still tightly wrapped, and I do not see any cracks or repairs. I can send better pics too if any one is interested in seeing it in a close up shot with better light. Thanks for looking!

This 9ft- 3 piece Bamboo flyrod is in really good condition for its age. All the eyes are tight and has no loose wrapping. Bamboo is in very nice shape. But there are some markings on it. This would be expected for a rod from this era. This flyrod comes with 2 ends. The handle where the reel mounts has a little wiggle, and there are some small dings where reel would mount. I tried to show all this in pictures. Markings on rod says"GRANGER VICTORY" Stamped in rod handle is the patent date of April 12. 1938. The patent no. is 2,114,107. Also stamped in handle is:Made by Goodwin Granger Company-DENVER. Conn USA Rod is 3 matched pieces and 8' 10" long. Windings and Ferrules are in good shape for th e rod' s age. The middle piece has red windings and the butt and tip section have green windings. The tip top is like new. Bottom Rod had a silver reel sea t and a tapered cork handle. As can be seen in the second from last picture. The sliding ring on the reel seat is split. Rod is 3 matched pieces and 8' 10" long. Windings and Ferrules are in good shape for th e rod' s age. The winding on all three piec es is gree n. As you can see in the second picture the tip top is missing.
