Up for sale is a Sioux 1/2 inch drive Model 5000 impact wrench. Sioux is a division of Snap On and these are virtually the same impact as the AT123 and IR231. Hard hitting twin hammers that never seem to wear out! I test all my 1/2 inch impacts to at least remove a nut torqued to 600 ft pds +. This gun has no trouble removing them! Shows considerable use. Nothing that effects performance. It has the ring type socket retainer for easy socket changes. I am a mechanic. Up for sale is a Ingersoll Rand IR295A. One of their best pistol type 1 inch impacts. I tightened the 2 inch torque tester nut a couple times to 1550 ft pounds. Stronger in reverse as any correctly working impact should be. They list 1770 as the max torque for this model and I have no reason to disbelieve it. I tested this with 110 PSI at the wall, by the time it reaches the impact it maintains 90 PSI. 1550 is as high as the gauge goes on my torque tester and it went off the gauge. It is not all beat up either! Sure it has some scratches and wear, but for one of these it looks pretty good. I have painted it with primer and a silver grey paint as close to the original paint as I could come. Scratches do show through the paint. See the pictures for the cosmetic condition. Up for sale is a Craftsman 3/4 inch drive 199850 impact wrench. The Max Torque I got on the Torque tester was 1000 ft pds. To be honest I have never seen one of these come close to that. Maybe they made some changes? Of course I was using a 1/2 inch hose as I always do with 3/4 impacts. It has a light show of use and performs well. Pretty darned clean impact!
