Matco 1/2 dr -1769A - TORQUE TESTED. STRONG Air Impact Wrench With Boot / Cover
Up for sale is a Matco 1769A 1/2 inch drive impact wrench by Matco Tools. TORQUE TESTED. 780 ft pds with a bolt breakaway torque of 1180. It performs great! Has seen some use but not a lot. These are made by Ingersoll Rand to Matco's standards. Basically a IR2135TIMAX but with some differences that I like. First off it looks better. They have a different exhaust system that in my opinion sounds better and gives it an edge on torque. At least my torque tester says so! This comes with a boot/ cover! paint is scuffed up a bit but the boot covers that! I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find one cheaper but has it been tested on professional equipment and does it have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee? This one does! On all 1/2 in impacts. Up for sale is a Ingersoll Rand IR261. This is considered by many to be the standard for a affordable pistol type 3/4 inch impact. I tightened the 2 inch torque tester nut up to 1200 ft pounds. Then the tester broke. I tested this with 105 PSI at the wall, by the time it reaches the impact it maintains 90 PSI, or a hair higher. It is not all beat up either! It has scratches and wear. For one of these it looks fine. Comes with a new boot! See the pictures for the cosmetic condition. It has the ring style socket retainer. I'm sure you can find others but have they been tested on professional equipment and do they have a 30 day SATISFACTION GUARANTY? This one does!
