Ha s not been damaged by overloading etc. Shaft turns smoothly. But I have not used this power pa ck and so cannot vouch for it s condition. These pa cks have an adjustable relief valve which can vary ouput from 17 to 1000 ps i. W eight is 35lbs without oil. Maximum drive speed is 2500rpm. This is a refurbished Redundant Hydraulic Power Unit. It came to us from years of storage in Florida with other equipment that we were hired to redesign/engineer and rebuild into new equipment. This is left over from the project. Starting the refurbishment we found that the unit had been filled with fresh hydraulic oil and sealed for storage. Take a look at the photos of the inside of the reservoir and it becomes apparent that care was taken in it's decommissioning. The unit looks like a hydraulic power unit with some extra items added on. We were told this was a wavemaker(or wave maker) when we received it. But we are not exactly sure what that means.
