Unit does have b roken lever as seen in pictures& bent Hot ring as seen in pictures but does not affect the function of hoist. Strap is in good shape also. Needs a little cleaning but in pretty solid shape& ready to work for you for years to come. I cannot find weight capacity on this winch. I do believe it is a 1 ton but I must stress I am not sure. $400.00 New. Get it for a fraction of the price today!
