For sale is a R&M Loadmate LM10 electric chain hoist with a motorized trolley and control station. Manufactured August of 2006 460 Volt only. 15' lift(32 feet chain) 2-speed hoist(16/4 FPM) and 2-speed trolley(65/16 FPM) 1 Ton capacity. Control cord is 13' long and is a quick-disconnect style. The trolley is a flange code 4 that adjusts from approximately 8.0" to 10.5" Other flange configurations are available but would need to be ordered separately. The hoist was used for approximately 1 year when new then sat for 4 years and then used for the last 3 years in a light duty application. It was removed from service about 3 months ago in favor of a smaller/faster hoist. It has been completely checked out by a certified hoist inspector and we will include the paperwork with the hoist.
