Used Coffing 1/2 ton JLC 1016 electric chain hoist wired 110v 7.4 amp and travels 16fpm. It has approx. 20' cord with plug. And about 15' lift height. The hoist has factory chain bucket, good hooks with safety latches, 1/2 ton trolley, and was certified one year ago. The pendant is decent with some scrapes and paint on it. The paint on the hoist is chipped and some dinges in the case plus a couple of fins bent. Otherwise the hoist is in decent condition. The hoist works great and the safety stops work good. This unit came from a closed plant in the condition you see it. We where told it was fully operational which it is but it has a few issues. I believe the brake assembly on the motor side is missing and the transformer is wired for 110v. Basically the 220v to 24v transformer in the unit was replaced with a 110v to 24v transformer to power the hand controls. This maybe the issue with this unit but I have not gotten deep enough into the wiring to diagnose it. Up operates perfect but down sticks sometimes as you can see in the video. CM Valuertar 1/2 Ton Electric Chain Hoist - 110 Volt - 15 Foot Lift - NICE !!
This is a real nice CM Valuestar model WF 1/2 ton electric chain hoist. I took a lot of pictures of the hoist look at them all carefully to see how nice this is. This hoist has had very little use. The hooks are both almost untouched. There are no load marks and the paint is almost completely undamaged. The hoist runs just as it should. This is a 110 volt model so it is quite portable. The hoist requires only 14 1/4 inches of head room. Check the CM website for more information. As with any rigging equipment his hoist should be inspected and load tested by a competent person before being placed in service. The owners manual should also be downloaded and read carefully. I have a used Milwaukee 1 Ton chain fall host for sale. I bought this unit from Northern Tool on discount and in no working condition. It looked to be in new condition when I bought it. I stored inside for years and decided one day I would take to Local Milwaukee service center. After two weeks they called and told me they could sell me a new host at a better deal then fixing the one I have. I returned to Milwaukee to hear I owed them $150 for looking at unit. So I paid the man thinking I would receive the unit as a hole unit, the way I dropped it off. The man/Milwaukee service guy could not only tell me the problem with unit, but he gave it back to me in three boxes. I was so mad I could not see straight. My father in-law told me he would take a look, after a year I picked up from him still in boxes and not fixed. Apparently, my Father in-law ... morehad a leaky roof in shed and unit got wet.
