This unit came from a closed plant in the condition you see it. We where told it was fully operational which it is but it has a few issues. I believe the brake assembly on the motor side is missing and the transformer is wired for 110v. Basically the 220v to 24v transformer in the unit was replaced with a 110v to 24v transformer to power the hand controls. This maybe the issue with this unit but I have not gotten deep enough into the wiring to diagnose it. Up operates perfect but down sticks sometimes as you can see in the video. The 622 series is a traditional style hand chain hoist which features a Weston type load brake and requires no lubrication. A hand wheel cover with guide slots minimizes jamming and slipping.
