Star SST-25…42 Capacity Roll/Bun Warmer This bun warmer is in good. Used condition. It powers on and heats up properly. The stainless steel is in very good condition with no major dents or scrapes. Machine has seen normal usage. Please scroll down through 10 pictures; text between some pictures. Stainless steel on this unit is in VERY GOOD condition. This is a used item with normal signs of use. The temperature control knob is in good condition and properly adjusts the temperature. I set the knob to 80 degrees and let it warm up for about 10 minutes. The thermostat turned off the heater at that point. I then adjusted it to 150 degrees and it went to that temperature and the thermostat turned it off. It works just like a thermostat for your home gas or electric heater. Recommended temp for daily use is 140 degrees. It is about 1/2" long. I think covering with electrical tape would be fine. Wires are NOT exposed. The plug as shown above is a concern. It should be replaced. Unit powers up correctly and heats up. But this plug should not be used long-term. The picture above was taken outside and it's hard to see. But the red pilot light is on when the unit is heating and turns off when the thermostat reaches the selected knob setting. This unit will ship via UPS.
