DOUGH WARMING PROOFER CABINET w/ Gas Burner & Baguette & Pullman Bread Pans
Large Proofing Cabinet with door. See images. Has a gas line and burner on bottom. The cutout full size bake sheet is included but don't have the water pan that was on it(for creating a warm moist environment) The cabinet is aluminum and is on wheels. It's out of a bakery inside a diner that shut down. Don't actually need the unit now, so selling to help recoup some of my expenses getting other things from that place. Am sure it'll sell cause it's nice and well worth the starting price. Am also including the following bakery pans- 9 Pullman Loaf Pans. Some with lids- 8 French Baguette bake pans- Dirty old plastic trays etc- Plastic ingredient bin missing lid(make one with piece of week or plastic or something similar. Not so difficult) Needs cleaning. In poor shape. Have recently received many attempts at fraud. Both before ... moreand after auction ends. Don't bother, I'll run to the police and file criminal complaint, and then tell eBay that I'm being targeted yet again. Sad this has to be done with eBay transactions. Will NOT SHIP.
