It is missing the front knob and the lights come on inside but will not do anything else. I am not sure what the problem is or if it is an easy fix or not. It has a dial control that goes from 60 degrees to 200 degrees, has 2 fold down transport handles on both sides, has 3 pan slides in it. It has a logo on it that says its the Halo Heat- Cook/Hold/Serve System. According to Alto Shaam this unit is a holding/warming box for stuff that is already cooked. Box measures 16" wide, 24" deep, 19" high, has a removable cord that plugs into the back of the unit.
